I’ve never been interested in overly staged, heavily edited photography.
The images that stay with us are rarely the ones we planned for. They’re the photographs that transport us back to a moment, a feeling or an experience.
Whether I’m documenting a sporting event, an individual’s journey, an automotive brand, a lifestyle campaign or a celebration, my goal is always the same: to capture the atmosphere, energy and human moments that made it memorable.
The best feedback I receive is rarely about the photograph itself. It’s:
“I didn’t even notice that happened.”
Because that’s exactly the point. The strongest photographs aren’t created when people are aware of the camera. They’re created when people are fully immersed in the moment.
Years later, those are the images that will always mean the most.
